My 46th Birthday

I want to thank everyone who took the time to greet me on my 46^th birthday. Each one of those who did, have a place in my life. When I read the greeting from each of you, I was reminded of each one of those moments we shared somewhere in the path of my life and made the greeting even more special.

I spent this birthday on the Pacific coast, somewhere between Rosarito and Ensenada in Mexico. When I got up I went to the balcony of the condo we rented for our vacation, and this was the amazing scenery I saw.

I immediately thought how blessed I have been and how generous God has been with me.

Suddenly I had a visit from a group of dolphins, who stayed in front of me for about five minutes as if sent by the Creator, to do some flips and tell me in their own way: - "Happy Birthday Daniel".

So I decided it would be a day of adventure.

We went out with Monica, Julieta, Victoria and Sarah Torres, who is with us during the month of July. Melisa and Paula are in Argentina. I talked to them for almost an hour in the morning through Skype. Pau and Meli, I want you to know that I love you so much and missed you two very much on this birthday.

As I was telling you, we went on an adventure. So we got to the dunes where they rent ATVs, and guess what!? I rented one and told my beloved wife, for almost 25 years now: - let's go for a ride ... its a day of adventure! So we did.

Of course Julieta, Victoria and Sarah joined us as well.

From there we went for dinner at La Estancia, a very good restaurant in Rosarito. Great food. I recommend it.

But as the day could not be complete without something else. Monica asked me - What else would you do on your birthday? . I said - I want to go to the Circus in Rosarito. So to celebrate my 46 years of life, believe it or not, my wife and my daughters took me to the circus.

It was a fantastic day!

Mi Cumpleaños 46

Quiero agradecerles a todos los que se tomaron el tiempo para saludarme para mi cumpleaños 46. Cada uno de los que lo hicieron tienen un lugar en la historia de mi vida. Al leer el saludo de cada uno, vinieron a memoria esos momentos que compartimos en alguna parte del camino de la vida, y hacían el saludo aún mas especial.

Para ustedes, les cuento que este cumpleaños lo pase en las costas del pacífico, en algún lugar entre Rosarito y Ensenada, en México.  Al levantarme salí al balcón del condominio que alquilamos para nuestras vacaciones, y este fue el increíble paisaje que vi.

Inmediatamente pensé lo bendecido que he sido y lo generoso que Dios ha sido para conmigo.

De pronto tenía la visita de un grupo de delfines, que se quedaron frente a mí por unos cinco minutos, como enviados por el creador, para hacer algunas piruetas y decirme a su manera: - “Feliz Cumpleaños Daniel”.

Así que decidí que sería un día de aventura.

Salimos con Mónica, Julieta, Victoria y Sarah Torres, que está con nosotros durante el mes de Julio. Melisa y Paula están en Argentina. Hablé con ellas casi por una hora por Skype en la mañana. Meli y Pau, quiero que sepan que las amo y las extrañé un montón en este cumpleaños.

Bueno, como les iba contando, salimos a la aventura. Así que llegamos a unas dunas donde se alquilan cuatriciclos, y ¿adivinen qué!, alquilé uno y le dije a mi amada esposa, por ya casi 25 años: - ¡vamos a dar una vuelta ... es un día de aventuras! Así que lo hicimos.

Por supuesto se sumaron Julieta, Victoria y Sarah.

De allí salimos a cenar a La Estancia, un muy buen restaurante en Rosarito. Buena comida. Lo recomiendo.

Pero como el día no podía estar completo sin algo mas. Mónica me preguntó -¿Qué mas te gustaría hacer el día de tu cumpleaños? . Yo le dije: - Quiero ir a la función del Circo que está en Rosarito. Así que para celebrar mis 46 años de vida, créanlo o no, mi esposa y mis hijas me llevaron al circo.

¡Fue un día fantástico!
