What does this emphasis (on diversity) mean to you?

Think of 'diversity' is to bring our ministry beyond our dominant culture and make conscience about what is the role of the church facing the multicultural reality that we have in in today's society.

Connect on cultural diversity is transcend spiritually and ministerially our borders and barriers that our own dominant culture imposes.

As Foursquare family, talk to connect in diversity is talk about changing our cultural vision of the church by the heavenly vision God has for the church. We see the church through the eyes of the culture in which we learned to live. We see the church that connects with the way we view life and conduct ourselves in life, and consequently we develop church organizations where we feel comfortable. But the church God is building is not limited to our culture or one type of people. God sees a church with, redeemed, worshipers and ministers from every tribe, language, people and nation - Revelation 5:8-10, Revelation 7:9-10, Isaiah 56:2-7

This is what is happening every year, more and more, in our Foursquare connection, we see that church, with, redeemed, worshipers and ministers from every tribe, language, people and nation come together and celebrate the diversity of the church, while that we release our diversity as a church to preach the gospel and make disciples.

How will leaders benefit from attending Conexión Hispana?

The decision to have Conexión Hispana within the Foursquare Connection, rather than on a separate date, is because we want to promote: Participation, Connection, and Celebration.  Participation. Because we seek to make Hispanic pastors and leaders part of the whole Foursquare family.  Connection. Because we embrace the Hispanic community of pastors and leaders and encourage them to have a time to share in their own language and culture, while connecting with all of the Foursquare family. And Celebration. Because we want the Hispanic pastors visualize that they are part of a church composed of persons of all languages and cultures, celebrating the diversity of the church.

How will they benefit from Engaging in diversity at the conference?

Share with pastors and leaders of other cultures and nations in the Foursquare connection:

•  Enriches our leaders because learns how other cultures view life.
•  Call our leaders to serve God beyond their cultural boundaries.
• Make our leaders inclusive. We create friendships that make us celebrate our differences instead of judging our differences. We learn how to live together and how to value one another.
